Draft on Punjab Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Rules, 2025

The Government of Punjab, vide notification no. Labour-Lab0MISC/16/2026-4L/14, dated 22nd January 2026, has published the draft on Punjab Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Rules, 2025. This draft will be taken into consideration on or after a period of thirty days from the date of its publication.

Any objections or suggestions received from individuals regarding the draft prior to the end of the specified period will be taken into account by the State Government. Objections and suggestions, if any, should be directed to the Labour Commissioner, Punjab, Model Welfare Centre (Kirat Bhawan), Phase-X, Sector- 64, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), or emailed to lc@punjab.gov.in or director.factories@punjab.gov.in
