Declaration of employment in the hospital sector as a Public Utility service

The Government of Gujarat, vide notification no. KHR-2025-27-LED/PUS/e-file/11/2024/1913/M2, has declared that the employment of labourers in various hospital industries in the state as Public Utility service for the purpose of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, for a period of one year, effective from 5th March 2025.
