Annual reports under the POSH Act

The Additional Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram-cum-District Officer, under the POSH Act, 2013, vide circular dated 12^th December 2024, has issued a comprehensive checklist for filing reports under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The checklist should be strictly adhered to while filing the annual report under the said enactment in Gurugram.

The department has sent an e-mail to all employers in Gurugram directing them to file the annual report for the calendar year 2024 by 28^th February 2025.

The report should be sent via email to posh-grg.rev@hry.gov.in using the official email ID, and with the official address.
