The Central Government, vide notification no. S.O.1945(E), dated 30th April 2025, has enforced certain provisions of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948, in the areas of Hingoli and Nandurbar districts in the state of Maharashtra, effective from 1stMay 2025.
