Revision of fee structures under certain labour enactments

Previously, the Government of Karnataka, vide notification no. LD 2019 LET 2023, dated 16^th October 2024, had published a draft notification on revising fee structures under various labour enactments. AscentHR had circulated an alert on the same on 29^th October 2024.

Accordingly, now, the Government of Karnataka has implemented the revised fee structure under certain labour enactments, effective from 1^st January 2025.
