Extension of due date for filing Professional Tax returns

The Government of West Bengal, vide Memo No. 43/CT/PRO, dated 31st May 2024, has further extended the last date for filing of return in Form III, under the West Bengal State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1979, for the year ending on 31st March 2024. The extended date is 15th June 2024 for electronic filing, and 30th June 2024 for furnishing the return in paper form.
