The Government of Bihar, vide notification dated 1st July 2026, has published the final notification regarding the Industrial Relations (Bihar) Rules, 2026. This Rule will supersede the following State Rules:
• Bihar and Orissa Trade Unions Regulations, 1928.
• The Bihar Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Rules, 1947.
• The Bihar Industrial Dispute Rules, 1961.
