The Government of Andhra Pradesh, vide notification No. G.O.Rt. No.111, dated 12th June 2026, has released the final State Rules in accordance with the Industrial Relations Code, 2020. As a result, the following Rules of Andhra Pradesh will be repealed.
• Andhra Pradesh Industrial Disputes Rules, 1938.
• Andhra Pradesh Trade Unions Regulations, 1927.
• Andhra Pradesh Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Rules, 1953
