The Government of Uttar Pradesh, vide notification No. 500/XXXVI-3-2026-1903305, dated 23rd March 2026, has released the draft of the Uttar Pradesh Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Rules, 2026. Objections and suggestions, if any, regarding the aforementioned draft rules should be submitted in duplicate to the Principal Secretary, Shram Anubhag-3, Uttar Pradesh Shasan, Bapu Bhawan, Lucknow- 226001, and to the Labour Commissioner (Shram Sudhar Prakosta) Office located at G.T Road, Kanpur.
Only those objections and suggestions that are received within forty-five days from the date of publication of this draft will be considered.
