The Government of Andhra Pradesh, vide notification No. G.O.Rt.No. 41, dated 13th February 2026, has released the draft of the Industrial Relations (Andhra Pradesh) Rules, 2026.
The draft will be reviewed after a period of thirty (30) days from the date of its publication. Any objections and suggestions should be directed to the Commissioner of Labour, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada via the dedicated Web Portal of the State Labour Department at https://labour.ap.gov.in/ and can also be emailed to: aplabourcodes2026@gmail.com
Objections and suggestions received from any individual or organisation regarding the draft, prior to the expiration of the specified period, will be taken into consideration by the State Government.
