Draft on Madhya Pradesh Code on Wages Rules, 2026

The Government of Madhya Pradesh, on 5th January 2026, has released the draft on the Madhya Pradesh Code on Wages Rules, 2026. The said draft Rules will be taken into consideration after a period of 45 days from the date of publication.
Objections and suggestions, if any, may be addressed to the Secretary to the Government of Madhya Pradesh, Department of Labour, Mantralaya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal, or by email to pslabour@mp.gov.in
The objections and suggestions should be sent in a proforma containing the following columns:
i. Specifying the name and address of the person/organisation.
ii. Specifying the rule or sub-rule which is proposed to be modified.
iii. Specifying the revised rule or sub-rule proposed to be substituted.
iv. Reasons thereof.
Objections and suggestions, which may be received from any person or organisation with respect to the said draft notification before the period specified above, may be considered by the State Government.
