Delhi Shops & Establishments (Amendment) Rules, 2025

The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, vide notification no. F. No. Lab.-L016/1/2025/4617-4623, dated 9th December 2025, has made amendments to the Delhi Shops and Establishments Rules, 1954. Rule 5 of the Delhi Shops and Establishments Rules, 1954, which pertained to the necessity of renewing the Registration Certificate acquired for Shops and Establishments under Rule 4, has been removed.
As a result of this amendment, the obligation to renew the Registration Certificate has been eliminated.
