Revised conditions for the employment of women during night shifts in Shops & Establishments

The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, through notification no. F.No.28/Addl.LC/Exemp./S&E,Act/2021/4304-4310, dated 24th November 2025, has released updated guidelines for the employment of women during night shifts in Shops and Establishments within the state.
This recent notification replaces the previous notification issued by the State Government on the same topic, dated 7th August 2025. According to the notification, all shops and commercial establishments, with the exception of liquor shops, are authorised to employ women during night shifts, provided they adhere to the conditions outlined in the notification.
