PF transfer certificate (Form K) is now available online for downloading

The Employees’ Provident Fund Organization, vide circular no. WSU/TransferClaimPt1/E-1163369/2025-26/33, dated 18th September 2025, has announced regarding online access to “Annexure K” for its members. Until now, employees could only access Annexure K upon request, and it was only shared between PF offices, which caused delays and inconvenience to members while transferring EPF accumulations.
Form K Includes, detailed information about an employees’ provident fund account, including member information, PF balance with interest, full service history, job details, joining and exit details.
Annexure K can be accessed by the member through the following pathway:
1. Login to the EPFO member portal.
2. Go to “online services”
3. Select “track claim status” and find your relevant transfer claim.
4. Click on the option “Download Annexure K”
This development is a part of EPFO’s ongoing effort to provide member-centric, technology-driven services, ensuring efficiency, transparency and ease of access.
