The Government of Himachal Pradesh, vide notification no. LEP-A003/15/2023-Pt-II, dated 31st July 2025, superseding its earlier notification dated 5th July 2025, has permitted all shops and commercial establishments in the state to employ women during night shift, subject to certain conditions specified in the notification.
