Registration of establishment (IC) in the SHe-Box portal

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Bengaluru-urban, has issued a circular No: M.A.G(4) /Mis/CR/55/24-25(E-729499) dated 10th July 2025 directing all the private/government establishments to register the respective Internal Committee framed under The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013 in the SHe-Box portal immediately.
The circular also states that non-compliance with this direction shall attract a monetary fine of Rs 50,000/- as per section 26 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
