Employment Department insists for online submission of ER-I

The Government of Haryana, Employment Department, vide circular no. EMI/CNV/2025/333, dated 1st April 2025, has insisted all the applicable employers to submit the quarterly return in Form- I under the Employment Exchange (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies) Act, 1959, via online mode.
Respective employers are requested to submit the said return to the Employment Department by uploading it on the portal hrex.gov.in, rather than manually submitting it.
