Reminder for submission of ER-II returns as on 30th Sept 2023

Earlier, the Employment Department, Haryana, vide letter no. EMI/ER-II/2024/979, dated 2nd September 2024, had instructed all employers in Haryana to submit biannual returns in Form ER-II, based on the details furnished in quarterly returns (ER-1) as on 30th September 2023, under the Employment Exchange (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies) Act, 1959. Ascent HR circulated an alert on the same on 5th September 2024.
Now, the Department has published a reminder notification on the same and instructed all employers in Haryana to submit the said biannual returns within one week.
