Recommendation to IT/ITES to allow employees to work from home due to heavy rain

The Government of Tamil Nadu, vide circular dated 14^th October 2024, has advised all IT/ITES companies in the state to grant work-from-home options to their employees, from 15^th to 17^th October 2024, due to heavy rain in the state. The circular also contains details of protective measures taken by the Government to tackle the difficulties caused by heavy rain in the state.
