The Office of the Commissioner (Labour), the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCT), vide circular no. F.No.15 (46)/Lab/2020/3401-3405, dated 23rd September 2024, has issued an advisory regarding the payment of statutory bonuses to outsourced workers/contract labourers. All the contractors and principal employers are advised to disburse statutory bonuses for the financial year 2023-24 before Deepavali of 2024.
