Guidelines for payment of bonus

The Government of West Bengal, Department of Labour, vide notification no. Labr./909/ (LC-IR)/22013/56/2019, dated 5^th September 2024, has appealed to all employers and employees of the State covered under the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965, to stick to certain guidelines while processing the statutory bonus for the FY 2023-2024.

The State Government has advised all employers to complete the bonus payment for 2023-2024 by 30^th September 2024, i.e., before the commencement of Durga Puja of 2024.
