The Government of Gujarat, vide notification no. GS/06/2024/JSR/2024/334/GH, dated 5th April 2024, has announced a public holiday on 7th May 2024, under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, on account of the General Election to Lok Sabha and Bye-Election of five Assembly Constituencies in Gujarat.
