Holiday in Punjab on account of general election in Rajasthan

The General Election to the Legislative Assembly of Rajasthan is scheduled to be held on 25th November 2023 (Saturday).
The Government of Punjab, Department of Labour, vide notification No. Labour-Lab0MISC/64/2021-5L/1339-1341 dated 2nd November 2023, has declared a paid holiday on the said polling day to enable employees, who are voters for the said election, working in the Shops and Commercial Establishments in the districts of Punjab adjoining the areas of Rajasthan.
