The Government of Tripura, vide notification dated 9th September 2024, has published a comprehensive checklist for the submission of online applications for approval of plans, permission to construct/extend/or use any building as a factory, approval of revised factory plan drawing, registration and renewal of factory license etc. under the Factories Act, 1948, and rules made thereunder.
