The Government of Kerala, vide notification dated 25th February 2026, has modified the Kerala Shops and Commercial Establishments Workers Welfare Fund Scheme, 2007, to increase the financial support available for registered workers. This amendment updates the assistance amounts for marriage, medical requirements, and death benefits, thereby enhancing social security.
