Bye-Election to Ward No. IV of Village Panchayat Arambol, Pernem Taluka, North Goa, and Ward No. II of Village Panchayat Durbhat, Taluka Ponda, South Goa, is scheduled to be held on 2nd August 2025.
On account of the same, the Government of Goa, vide notification no. 37/3/2019-GAD-III/3260, dated 25th July 2025, has declared 2nd Aug 2025 (Saturday) as a paid holiday for all eligible voters working in any industries, business, trade, government departments, private establishments, etc., in the state of Goa.
