Election holiday notification from the Department of Labour

The General Election to the Legislative Assembly of NCT of Delhi is scheduled to be held on 5^th February 2025 (Wednesday).

In furtherance to the earlier notification released by the Chief Electoral Officer, Delhi, dated 8^th January 2025, regarding granting of a paid holiday on the polling day to all employees who have the right to vote for the said election, the office of the Secretary-cum-Commissioner (Labour), Government of NCT of Delhi, has released a notification directing all employers in the NCT of Delhi to grant a holiday to the eligible employees accordingly.
