The Government of Uttar Pradesh, vide notification no. 427/36-3-2026-1319661, dated 10th March 2026, has released the Draft of the Uttar Pradesh Social Security Rules, 2026.
Any objections and suggestions concerning the aforementioned draft rules should be submitted in duplicate to the Principal Secretary, Labour Section-3, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Bapu Bhawan, Lucknow-226001, as well as to the Office of the Labour Commissioner (Labour Reform Cell), GT Road, Kanpur.
Only those objections and suggestions that are received within forty-five days from the date of publication of this notification will be taken into account.
