Draft of the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Relations Rules, 2026

The Government of Uttar Pradesh, through notification no. 251/36-2-2026, dated 10th March 2026, has released the draft of the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Relations Rules, 2026. This draft is set to be reviewed after a duration of thirty (30) days from the date of its publication.
Any objections or suggestions regarding this draft may be submitted within the specified timeframe to the Principal Secretary, Labour Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, and to the Labour Commissioner, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, using the proforma outlined as follows, which includes the following columns:
Column (i): Name and address of the individual or organization.
Column (ii): Rule or sub-rule that is proposed for modification.
Column (iii): Revised Rule or sub-rule suggested for substitution, along with the reasons for the change.
