He joins the company\u2019s leadership team at an important stage of its growth and will play a key role in advancing AscentHR\u2019s people agenda as it expands across India and international markets.<\/p>\n<p>In his new role, Shivaprasad will lead AscentHR\u2019s people strategy, with a focus on strengthening leadership capabilities and building organizational readiness to support the company\u2019s M&amp;A-led expansion. He will lead HR integration for acquired businesses and develop scalable people processes and organizational frameworks across geographies. He will also foster a culture where employee success and client success go hand in hand as AscentHR expands across APAC, the Middle East, ANZ and Africa.<\/p>\n<p>Shivaprasad Mundakana\u00a0brings more than 23 years of HR leadership experience across IT, ITES and commercial organizations, having held senior leadership roles with global companies including Optum India, GE, Oracle and EFI.
