Employees\u2019 Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), vide circular no. <strong><em>WSU\/MemberProfile\/E-710137\/2024-25\/12<\/em><\/strong>, dated 27<sup>th<\/sup> March 2025, has clarified to employers regarding the\u00a0viewing of provident fund details of their employees in respect of their past employment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The EPFO, after review, to protect the provident fund members from any potential misuse of their past employment details, has decided that only the present employment details of the members will be allowed to be viewed by the current employers in the portal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, to ensure the contribution towards Employees\u2019 Pension Scheme, 1995 (EPS) in respect of eligible members who declared their past EPS membership in Form\u00a011, the status of such EPS membership will be allowed to be viewed by the present employer at the time of the employee&#8217;s
