400;\">Previously, the Employees\u2019 Provident Fund Organisation, vide circular no. <strong><em>ELI\/UANActivation\/2024<\/em><\/strong>, dated 22<sup>nd<\/sup> November 2024, had requested all employers to complete UAN activation and Aadhaar seeding of bank accounts by 30<sup>th<\/sup>November 2024\u00a0in respect of all their employees who joined in the current financial year, starting with the latest joinees, in order to avail the benefits under the\u00a0ELI scheme (Employment Linked Incentive Scheme). Ascent HR circulated an alert on the same on 25<sup>th<\/sup> November 2024.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now, the EPFO, in a partial modification of the above circular, has extended the timeline from 30<sup>th<\/sup> November 2024 to 15<sup>th<\/sup> December 2024, for UAN activation and Aadhaar seeding of the bank accounts of the employees in order for them to be eligible for
