The transaction was completed in June 2026. But the financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, according to a statement.<\/p>\n<p>This marks a significant step in AscentHR&#8217;s growth strategy across the India\u2013Asia Pacific region, expanding its payroll delivery capabilities, compliance expertise, and regional presence across key markets, including China, Japan, India, Malaysia, Korea, Singapore, and several other countries across APAC and the Middle East.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition brings together AscentHR&#8217;s technology, managed services, and HR solutions with OS HRS&#8217; deep regional payroll expertise, established customer relationships, and in-country delivery capabilities. The integration will be undertaken in a phased manner to ensure continuity for customers, employees, and partners, as per the statement.<\/p>\n<p>Subramanyam S, Founder &amp; CEO, AscentHR, said, &#8220;This acquisition is an important milestone in AscentHR&#8217;s journey to build a leading regional payroll and workforce solutions platform across Asia-Pacific.
