The Exemption will be for a period of four years, effective 30<sup>th<\/sup> May 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-ogsc=\"black\">Exempted provisions of The Telangana Shops and Establishments Act, 1988 are as follows:<\/span><\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-ogsc=\"black\">Section 15:<\/span><\/b><span data-ogsc=\"black\"> Restriction on opening and closing hours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-ogsc=\"black\">Section 16:<\/span><\/b><span data-ogsc=\"black\"> Restriction on daily and weekly hours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-ogsc=\"black\">Section 21:<\/span><\/b><span data-ogsc=\"black\"> Restriction on employment of a young person before 6 AM and after 7 PM (\u2018Young person\u2019 means a person who has completed 14 years of age, and has not completed 18 years of age.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-ogsc=\"black\">Section 23:<\/span><\/b><span data-ogsc=\"black\"> Restriction on employment of women before 6 AM and after 8:30 PM.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-ogsc=\"black\">Section 31<\/span><\/b><span data-ogsc=\"black\">: Restriction on working on national and festival holidays.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
