Government of Haryana, vide notification no. <strong><em>2\/28\/2026-2Lab<\/em><\/strong>, dated 5<sup>th<\/sup> May 2026, has published the draft of the Industrial Relations (Haryana) Rules, 2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The said draft notification will be taken into consideration after a period of thirty days from the date of its publication. Objections and suggestions, if any, may be addressed to <strong>Deputy Labour Commissioner-2, Head Quarter O\/o Labour Commissioner Haryana, First Floor, 30 Bays Building, Sector-17B, Chandigarh<\/strong>, or by email &#8211; <strong><u><a href=\"mailto:deputylabourcommissionerhq2@gmail.com\">deputylabourcommissionerhq2@gmail.com<\/a><\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Objections and suggestions should be sent in a proforma containing the following columns:<br \/>\u2022 Columns (i) specifying the name and address of the person\/organization.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Column (ii) specifying the rule or sub-rule which is proposed to be modified.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Column (iii) specifying the revised rule or sub-rule proposed to be substituted and reasons therefore.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Objections and suggestions, which may be received from any person or organization with respect to the said draft notification before the expiry of the
