Direct UAN allotment and activation<\/p>\n<p>2. UAN activation for existing UANs<\/p>\n<p>3. Face Authentication Service for existing activated UANs<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The EPFO\u00a0further stated that the only requirement for availing this facility is to download the UMANG App and Adhaar Face RD App from the Play Store. The aforementioned facility can be availed by the members themselves using their smartphones without any intervention from the EPFO\/Employer. Additionally, the facility to download e-UAN cards in PDF format is also available.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the circular, the\u00a0key benefits of using FAT are as follows:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Foolproof validation of Aadhaar data as all the data of the user is pre-populated directly from the Aadhaar database, and completion of the UAN activation process during the UAN generation itself.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 UAN is activated immediately. There would be no requirement for the initiation of the\u00a0UAN activation process afresh.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Once the UAN is activated, members will gain immediate access to EPFO services such as passbook viewing, KYC updates, claim submission, etc.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-13ccece elementor-widget
