Rajasthan Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958, no women shall be required or allowed to work in any establishment during the night shift (7 pm to 6 am).<\/p>\n<p>The government of Rajasthan, vide notification dated 20th June 2024, has granted an exemption from the above condition for a period of three years and allowed all the registered shops and commercial establishments in Rajasthan to
