Role Expectations
• Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to increase company sales pipeline and customer base.
• Oversee the creation and management of lead capture and nurturing systems to optimize conversion rates.
• Identify potential new customers by doingresearch sufficiently
• Engage in a thoughtful conversations via phone & email
• Qualify based on their financial ability, assess the necessity to buy, finding out whether this person is authorized to make the purchase, and budget and timeline indications
• Develop team, achieve the assigned team and individual targets on periodic basis
• Periodic updates & reporting to internal stake holders
Responsibilities
• Adequate research of the target market before & during the lead generation activities
• Build database of prospects, update periodically
• Develop strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Understand how to maintain engagement and build relationships.
• Generate new leads using cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels and meet the assigned targets
• Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities. Accordingly, take the necessary steps to triage leads to sales
• Organize and keep the lead status updated in the CRM software / xl format
• Participate in webinars, in-person events, conferences and network with peers and target audience to identify sales opportunities
• Understand potential customer pain points and demonstrate how our product can solve them.
• Interact professionally with potential clientsvia various communication mediums
• Collaborate with marketing and sales team members to work on tasks relevant to lead generation
• Cultivate in-depth product knowledge and understanding to ensure that you/ team can effectively communicate the product features, use cases, and benefits to the prospective customers
• Provide Periodic updates, dashboards and reporting to internal stake holders

8-10 years relevant experience in Sales / Marketing / BD of HCM and other products & Services
