International Payroll – Associate

Project Location(s): Manila, Philippines

This position is open only to Philippine citizens or individuals with a valid work permit to work in the Philippines.

Role Expectations

• Ensure that services are delivered according to SLA’s; monitor, report and analyse KPI’s regarding service excellence and customer satisfaction

• Demonstrate and apply expertise in local regulatory laws & best practices.

• Apply process knowledge to eliminate manual processes and reduce overall processing time.

• Adhere to defined service level agreements and statutory requirements, ensuring accurate payroll delivery every month.

• Enable processes to complete quality checks for accuracy by establishing accuracy standards

• Seek feedback from customers and respond to any appreciation, concerns, complaints

• Build team competency in the HR domain related to the work that is being performed.

• Ensure a positive environment and retain exceptional performers

• Handling QC of Payroll inputs, Payroll processing & verification.

• Processing Payroll / Reimbursement Full & Final Settlement through a Tech enabled platform

• Ensuring Daily, weekly and monthly Activities are delivered on time and with 100% accuracy

• Ensuring all customer queries are responded to within SLAs defined and agreed

• Updating and publishing Day to Day activity report to the stakeholders

• Preparation of MIS reports for clients and Management

• Thorough knowledge of Payroll process and statutory obligations of Philippines

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Decision making and Problem solving

• Ability to manage a team’s performance and deliverables

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

• Excellent in using Excel with advanced features, accuracy and speed

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

• Proficient with MS Office and extremely Tech savvy.

Experience: 1-3 years
